Appearance: A tall and skinny woman, Alex stands at a tall height of 5'11" for her people, having been born and raised among the Japanese on Shikoku island in Sanuki Province. She is thin and oddly pale for someone of her age, though makes up for it with her considered "cute" face and slightly more developed body compared to her 'rivals' for boys attention. Her natural frown sitting on her mouth matches with her bird's eyes she has. Otherwise, her appearance seems normal for any Japanese-Russian mixed girl. She has solid black hair with pale to white skin, and has deep brown, to nearly black eyes. She often wears black, with red matching underclothing if she feels up to it, and due to her stutters, she is sometimes wearing chains on her pants.

Personality: A calm and collected woman, she uses her sly and intelligent nature to her advantage, knowing that people are after her. She is antisocial by choice, staying out of the way and eyes of those around her, often posing or cosplaying to get around from place to place and avoid the police. Morally, she is grey as she does not commit felonies and do illegal activities out of desire, but need and survival. She wishes to stay alive and not be punished for being born her way, and thus becoming a criminal out of need. She has problems with harming others, but is fine being an asshole whenever needed, and has resorted to violence to get her way once or twice. Her ideas of fun would probably make some people sickened, but she finds her comfort in herself and deciding colleagues and friends are pointless for her.
History: Born and raised for multiple years in the Tonoshō seaside village in the Kagawa prefecture, she was raised with the idealism of safety first and family second, making sure you and your own were able to live in peace and with dignity. Despite having a foreign father, Alex was fine with looking different from the people around her, and often was proud of her Russian heritage that flowed through her veins. However, when she started experiencing the stutters at the young age of five, her family knew something was up. Her father, a known terrorist in Russia and Civ that was hiding with his family in Japan, it only made sense that someone in the family later would get the genetic trait as well. However, with it being his direct daughter, he feared someone would notice, and took Alex with him back to Russia where she lived in isolation with very few neighbors near Siberia and Kazakhstan. She lived happily, as she did often enjoy the cold air, and warm summers, though upon her nineteenth birthday, she knew for a fact that she wasn't getting any older, she got some money from her father and took a flight to the United States of America under a Pseudonym. Living in the USA until the present, she has hid from the Freaks using her wits alone, managing to some how live alone in a shipping container by the water in New York, she made due as she needed.
Living alone in the middle of a very important city covered in her enemy was not easy, showing for her as she would spend days in her bed stuck in a stutter, being forced to wait so long to eat that she thought she was going to die. Due to this, she began a smuggling business under the cover of night, smuggling weapons through her seaside abode, and has made a name for herself being a loner who the world of the underground believes is a male trafficker who just hires people to do his smuggling out of sheer wealth and power. Rather, she always wore different outfits or appearances upon delivery to conceal her truth, becoming the Super Villain named Chronon that haunts New York's streets and illegal trade.

Chronons: An ineffective way of having impromptu time control, Chronons are just as they say. Alex was born with her genetic power activating and forcing Chronon atoms to rapidly replaced her normal atoms in a split second moment. Though seemingly dangerous, she was perfectly fine, besides being made of the atoms that assist in controlling looped space time. Her body works like a natural quantum mechanics black hole, constantly looping space time for her rather then allowing her to process through normal space time. Due to this, her body is seemingly in permanent stasis after the full activation at seventeen. She will never age further than seventeen physically, and due to being made of Chronons, Alex can do what she called "bubbling". Explained below in the Skill. Alex gains little from this ability besides what is essentially immortality, and gains many defects due to it. She experiences stutters quite often, which is where her body becomes unstable, making her unable to move, attack, etc. All she can do during stutters is think and talk, neither of which are much help. During stutters her body breaks apart into sections of chronons in a superposition, glowing orange as she slowly floats apart until the time field fixes itself. Another weakness she has, is an anti-matter of Chronons called Anti-Chronons. This material, often found in a stone or liquid form due to his form, can be splashed or hit against Alex or her bubbles and negate them completely. Being hit during a stutter by Anti-Chronons would likely instantly kill her, but she does not fully know due to a lack of actually touching any of the stuff. People can negate stutters through science, though Alex has no knowledge of this either.
Bubbling: Through concentrating the Chronon particles around her, Alex can stop them in their tracks, forming a bubble of completely stopped time. Things inside are completely stopped and experience a break in time. They do not age, think, etc. Their bodies restart and continue once the bubble ends. If something outside the bubble reaches in, so long as there isn't complete exposure of the entire body, their parts can be retrieved through pulling them out with other limbs, but bullets, thrown objects, and even powers such as flames, shards of glass and ice, basically anything physical enough to be a matter is stopped completely. They are restarted once the bubble ends, and continue in their original path at the same speed, velocity, etc. This ability has every weakness Alex does, besides the fact that it stops objects, while she cannot do that. Bubbling makes a bubble of Chronons within a three feet distance in every direction of Alex, and moves with her as she walks. Thus she can move out of the way of bullets through walking. - Despite her size, she is physically weaker than most normal females. She has had training, and due to her light weight, she has some advantages, but her strength is severely lacking.
- Being slightly anti-social makes her not be the best around other humans. She usually avoids everyone.
- Though being exceptionally intelligent has the problem of being often too smart. She sometimes over thinks or messes up trying to think of an interaction.

- Anti-Chronons can stop her powers completely if she is damaged with it.
- Every 10 posts she exists in a thread, a stutter happens for 1 post, stunning her and causing her to break apart temporarily.
