Alias: Rose

Ethnicity: Finnish-American
Appearance: Vastly different from her mother, Rose is a smaller girl, not as muscled and shorter, though still a good five feet seven inches tall. She often wears red to match her oddly crimson red hair and eyes, and enjoys dresses and closely nit clothing. Due to her power, she oftentimes grows petals on the inside and outside of her clothing when excited, scared, stressed, or depressed, and has to peel them off like scabs, though without harming her skin. On her knees, elbows, hips and neck are small indentions where small leaflets are, embedded in her skin. They connect to her veins and arteries, and are where the leaves and petals grow from. She is a leg holster she wears due to the laws allowing children of police to carry firearms, and wields a 9mm Luger handgun from Germania as her defense weapon.

Personality: A more upbeat young girl with an attachment to her mother like none other. She is very protective of her mom, being very brave and willing to fight to protect the mother at the cost of her own life. She is very happy and liking of people, and does not stop when attempting to befriend someone. Her will to fight though it like a wolf's, ready to bite the throat of someone threatening the life of her mother, or anyone who she greatly cares about.
History
Born in the Finnish lakesides, she was merely one years of age when her mother took her from her homeland to be raised in the amazing United States of America. She knew not the reason for this, it was much the surprise to her as it was to everyone else, and when lacking a father, her life was dedicated to living as a teenage American girl. She has spent her years as a normal young girl, though being a super human since her birth, she has never known life outside of her time as Rose.
She is new to the world, an experienced person at New York, but an odd and uninteresting person. She aspires to finally one day be as strong and powerful as her mother, and soon one day join the Freak Police Force as well.

Rose's Vines: Through a force of will, Rose has the odd ability to will plants within a small distance of her (around ten feet) to suddenly grow, as if suddenly forced to grow. She has noticed she can control the type of plant that grows, by mentally imagining the plants, and the plants change to fit her choice. Due to this, she mainly grows roses, her favorite plant. An off shoot of this ability, she seems to be able to grow red petals on certain parts of her body, like a rose, thus gaining the name, and she has an unnatural immunity to plant borne diseases and poisons. This rarely comes to effect, as most poisons used are by animals.
Violet Carson Rose Model 1: Through an odd sense of work, she can form hundreds of false Violet Carson Roses to grow around her and near her, fitted with a sleeping gas mixture she has mentally willed the plants to produce through rearranging the molecules in the air and plants. This does not harm, but causes wooziness and bad coughing fits to all involved, except Rose.

- Mentally, she is still young and unlearned, thus being terribly bad at possible death scenarios and serious pain
- She both looks, sounds, acts, and IS a Super Human, and due to such, is severely wide open and discriminated against by the humans. Due to this, she has depression.

- SHE IS EXCEPTIONALLY FLAMMABLE.
- All gasses or poisons made by her plants are known ones with cures, and due to this, this means she is also providing cures in conjunction due to flora equivalence.
- Her plants are restricted to not growing where plants wouldn't normally grow, such as salted land, extremely polluted land, etc. Any polluted land growth or poisoned land causes twisted and disgustingly evil and broken plants instead of good and nice green ones.
