Appearance: Standing at 5'10" and weighing 210 lbs., Wilhelm is a physically built man. Very muscular, slim, and overall, the appearance of a hardcore badass. I'll include an picture for you. Wilhelm has a scar on his chest, left leg at the knee, and a burn scar above his left eye. He has black hair, a stubble, blue eyes (which is a weird combination of eye-hair color), and he generally gives you a threatening vibe just from his look. Seeing his smile is somewhat rare unless you know him, and hearing his laugh is even more rare. White skin, not pasty white like the pillsbury doughboy, you shmucks, and very toned body, Wilhelm is an unforgettable person of appearance.

Personality: Think cold, that's basically how he is. Straightforward with anyone he meets, he's not afraid to hurt another person's feelings. He generally cares about himself. Getting acquainted with people isn't something he's used to doing, but making a valued friend is something he's been wanting for a while. Wilhelm is sarcastic, especially when he's comfortable or threatened. Morally, he values human life. Despite caring only for himself, he wouldn't kill a human being, even if they begged for it. To him, no one deserves to die. Mentally, Wilhelm is completely stable. Just like stated before, seeing his smile is rare, and hearing his laugh is even more rare.
History: Wilhelm Schultz, born to an American freedom fighter and a German seductress. Literally, his mother was a superhuman hooker, and his father was a superhuman rioter who somehow ended up making this chick fall in love with him, and then they went out, got married, and had a friggin' baby. Wilhelm was raised to be neutral about practically anything. His mother and father were both superhuman, and despite seeing oppression in their days, they urged him to always see both sides of the story, and to never judge a situation based on what you believe, but rather the facts. Until he was 16 years old, Wilhelm was an open, outgoing, and friendly person. Around 16, his father fell ill and died, and his mother fell ill as well and was put into a hospital for the remainder of her days. After that, he became secluded, outgoing in a secret way, and kind of cold. When he was 18, she finally passed.
At the age of 21, Wilhelm joined the police force. Because of his amazing strategic abilities, athletic supremacy, overall well-endowed strength and stamina, and his efficiency in his work, he quickly ascended to a police chief, and was made the leader of a Freak squad. However, since his powers never showed up after birth, despite having two superhuman parents, he was never able to join the Freaks. Even so, he didn't care at all. When Wilhelm was 24, he was involved in a freak accident during a riot. Civs protesting got way too violent, and started destroying buildings and streets and the like. In an attempt to fend them off and calm them down, Wilhelm lost his left leg and was paralyzed in his right leg, and was also severely burned in his face. Unfortunately for him, he was forced to retire from the police force. Even though his injuries were caused by superhumans, specifically Civs, he showed absolutely no discrimination towards them in his life, and still doesn't.
Not spending more than a month in a wheelchair, he was notified about a way he could regain his legs. Only wanting to be able to work out like he used to (I'm dead serious, he just wanted to be able to work out again, literally no other motivation), he complied and came in to have himself repaired. The vaccine that was given to him was a test from a black market dealer, and the person that gave it to him worked for the black market. Underground, the person was very intimidating and famous (no, he doesn't know the gender of that person to this day). The vaccine given to Wilhelm regenerated his lost leg, with due time, relieved him of paralysis, and healed his burned face. However, all the scars stayed behind on his body. The vaccine gave him the power of regeneration, and it also unlocked a power he had deep inside that he wasn't able to unlock at birth: Umbra-Armament Generation. Currently, Wilhelm is working for that black market dealer that healed him, under the alias "Nightstalker." Because of his work, he was able to live wealthy, and in secret. In addition to his illegal black market work, he also works as a vigilante, but is even less known above ground than in the underground.

- Obviously, no shadow or darkness means the power doesn't work.
- Wilhelm cannot make WMD's, explosives, or grenade launchers or RPG's from shadows or darkness.
- Weapons are not indestructible, and have the durability of the type of weapon they're turned into. If destroyed, the weapon turns back into a shadow or darkness immediately, and cannot be used for one full minute.

Staring Skill Name/Description: Wilhelm can regenerate body parts and certain vital organs, given he's left alone for a certain amount of time. The smaller the organ or body part, the quicker it regenerates.
Super Power Weaknesses:
- No matter what, Wilhelm cannot regenerate his heart. Once that's destroyed, he's dead.
- All vital organs take a long time for him to fully regenerate. This usually takes around 20-45 minutes to complete.
- Scars will stay on Wilhelm's body, as they cannot be regenerated, either.

Super Power Weaknesses:
- This is not a super power, just a skill of Wilhelm's. As such, it doesn't have the capabilities of a super power.
- Wilhelm is limited to being able to lift up to 250lbs and can only run a marathon before collapsing from exhaustion.
- Dexterity does not include his actual speed and agility, and while that is exceptionally high, it is not as enhanced as his strength and stamina and dexterity.
